As well as technical sessions for two API groups that lead the industry in developing and maintaining state-of-the-art standards for oil well cements and drilling and completion fluids, tubular goods and quality programs.

Advance Your Standards
Your participation keeps API standards going strong, and we would like you to share your standards expertise with the next generation.  API invites you to sponsor first-time attendees from your company complimentary at all API 2009 standards meetings.

Complimentary registration is limited to first-time attendees, who must be sponsored and accompanied by a prior API standards meeting participant from the same company.  Pre-registration is required.  On-site registration will not be available for this category.  All hotel and travel expenses are the responsibility of the participant/attendee.

Reservations may be made directly with the Grand Hyatt San Antonio by calling 1-800-233-1234 or 210-224-1234.  Requests for reservations will be taken until 5:00 pm, local time at the hotel on December 26, 2008 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.  Please mention the API E&P Winter Standards Meeting to receive the group rate of $189 single or $214 double occupancy, plus applicable taxes.

Spouse/Guest Activities
