Coordinator – Global Industry Services

 
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or business administration and 7 to 10 years experience in related field.
  • Leadership and proven managerial skills required along with ability to analyze, develop, establish and maintain efficient office workflow and administrative processes.
  • Project management experience strongly desired with good program planning and implementation skills.
  • Experience with management and implementation of IT projects and related applications necessary.
  • Attention to detail, exceptional organization and prioritization skills required.
  • Effective communications skills and a customer service aptitude strongly desired. Understanding of business processes a plus.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Director with administration of department activities such as coordination of workload, staffing, budgeting, purchasing, financial matters and or other related functions. In collaboration with the other department managers participate in establishing, implementing and enforcing department policies, procedures and standards for staff.
  • Responsible for continuously evaluating processes and participate in the development and implementation of suggested changes. Coordinates and develops the execution of the various programs policies, procedures and operations and monitors compliance with such.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; identify resource needs, review and approve deliverables from vendors and staff.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, prepare agendas and other office administration issues.
